Alan Iftiniuk
Provider Classification - Hospital Administrator (SLO)

Mr. Alan Iftiniuk serves as President & CEO of French Hospital Medical Center, a member of Dignity Health (formerly known as Catholic Healthcare West), in San Luis Obispo, CA. He is deeply committed to fulfilling French Hospital’s mission which is in part, to deliver compassionate, high-quality, affordable healthcare; serving and advocating for the poor and disenfranchised.

In September of 2004, he led French Hospital to a successful financial turnaround, as well as serving on the Senior Management Team at Dignity Health and assisting with its financial success.

He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Mr. Iftiniuk has held various positions on community based boards, including the American Heart Association, San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce Legislative Section and Economic Development and YMCA. He is also currently serving as a Board member for the Hospital Council of Northern & Central California’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Iftiniuk lives in San Luis Obispo with his wife Cathy and two lovely daughters, Melissa and Jennifer.
