Patricia joined CenCal Health in January 2008.
A former New Yorker, Pat and her husband, Bill,
relocated to Santa Barbara 10 years ago when one of
their daughters married a Santa Barbaran she had met in
a New York College.
Pat has her Masters Degree in Public
Administration/Healthcare, as well as being a Licensed
Registered Nurse in California and New York. She
has held certifications in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ),
Utilization Management (CPUM) and Managed Care (CMC).
Former positions during her forty years of experience
include nursing and hospital administration, Medicare
Peer Review administration, Vice President of Medical
Management for Empire Blue Cross in New York, and
Regional Vice President of Medical Management for
Wellpoint Blue Cross in California where she headed
operations for MediCal, Healthy Families, AIM and S-Chip
programs in California, Nevada, New York, Colorado
and Texas.
With her husband, Pat enjoys her life in Santa Barbara
surrounded now by two married daughters and four
grandchildren, a black lab (a Guide Dog failure) and a
cat.
