Join Our Network
Join us in our effort to provide quality healthcare to those in need. CenCal Health has a provider-inclusive policy and we work with interested and eligible providers in the area.
Our Provider Services Representatives are available to answer questions and guide prospective providers through the credentialing and contracting onboarding process.
To be reimbursed for non-emergent services for an eligible member of a health program administered by CenCal Health, providers must have an executed Agreement with CenCal Health. To provide emergent care to any Medi-Cal member, providers need only be enrolled in the State Medi-Cal program.

Steps to become an Approved CenCal Health Provider
Step One: Onboarding Application Request Form
Notify CenCal Health’s Provider Services Representatives at psrgroup@cencalhealth.org and they will navigate you through the process of completing the Onboarding Packet and the documentations required. Our Provider Relations Team will explain which credentialing application, forms and supplemental documents you must submit.
Step Two: Site Review
If you are a Medi-Cal primary care physician, we will perform a site review that must result in an acceptable score before any members are linked to your practice.
Step Three: Credentialing Approval
A CenCal Health medical director or the Peer Review and Credentialing Committee (meets quarterly) must approve your credentialing.
Once you are approved, CenCal Health will send you an approval letter and countersigned Services Agreement. To get started working with CenCal Health, view our Provider Orientation resources.
Be sure to have the following information available and notify CenCal Health of changes to your practice, if any of the following changes occur.
- NPI Changes
- Practice re-location or new locations added
