Electronic Clinical Data System (ECDS) measures are the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) established HEDIS® measures that incorporate provider electronic medical record data into the measurement of quality of care. ECDS data collection is part of a nationwide plan to capture information regarding aspects of care quality with less reliance on clinical medical record review. In order to measure this, CenCal Health's Quality Measurement Team is requesting provider partnership to supply ECDS data files to CenCal Health.
