Weekly EOP Payment Schedule
The 2026 Weekly EOP Payment Schedule outlines CenCal Health’s payment and remittance dates for provider claims throughout the year.
Note: CenCal Health Providers that are enrolled in EFT and CenCal CareConnect will receive payments on a weekly basis. If a holiday falls on a Friday, provider payments will be issued on the Thursday beforehand.
