We have made every effort to ensure that this list is accurate. The provider details are based upon information received by contracted providers.
Please email a Provider Service Representative at psrgroup@cencalhealth.org if you would like participate with CenCal Health as an in-network contracted provider provider. For additional details go to Join Our Network for documentation requirements.

Understanding the Provider Directory
In an effort to provide Members and Providers with the most current and useful information, CenCal Health’s Directory is updated on a routine basis, however, changes may be made between updates. To ensure the physician you have selected is in network, please contact CenCal Health.
Participating physicians indicate their practice name, group providers, provider type or specialty, patient access level, specified patient age range, hours of operations, languages spoken and access indicators. For descriptions of these indicators, see below.
Open to New Patients:
This physician accepts both new and existing patients. If the provider no longer accepts new patients, the provider is required to notify CenCal Health.
Established Patients Only:
This Physician has limited access and is treating only their current, established patients. If the provider begins to accept new patients, the provider must notify CenCal Health.
Hours:
This information is collected from the practice at the time they initially join the network and updated upon providers notifying CenCal Health.
Languages spoken:
These abilities are collected on the Provider Information Form when the provider joins the network and monitored on an ongoing basis.
Specialty:
A provider’s specialty is identified when they join the network. This information is verified upon initial and re credentialing.
