Online Health Education Library
CenCal Health providers can access our online health education library on our Health & Wellness page. Refer patients to this tool, or print directly from the library for on-demand patient education handouts.
Wellness and Prevention Campaign Handouts
CenCal Health provides Wellness and Prevention Programs to help members improve their physical and mental health.
CenCal Health Wellness and Prevention programs all include:
- Health education about what preventive services the member is due for, why the service is important, and how often it should be done.
- The ability to follow up with a Health Educator for more support and information.
- Access to online health education library with information, tools, and resources for a healthy lifestyles.
