Community Resources

The outbreak of COVID-19, and the Governor’s Shelter-At-Home order can increase the stress many people already fear, on top of their fear of infection. But our communities have resources available for those seeking non-medical resources during the COVID-19 outbreak, CenCal Health partners with many community-based organizations in both Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties which offer a wide variety of services that may be available to you.

Community resources range from general assistance for seniors, children, mothers-to-be, to more specific resources associated with transportation, mental illness resources, as well as food and clothing assistance. Many of these resources are free, or to be determined by income levels.

We encourage you to take some time and explore to see how many local agencies exist in our community to help make life a little easier.
